Filtra i dati all'interno dell'intervallo di data e ora

Ciao.

 

Vorrei filtrare i dati entro 2 date.

le date sono in un'altra tabella.

Tavolo 2:

Come posso filtrare i dati nella tabella 1 che ha END_TIME tra START_TIME e END_TIME nella tabella 2?

Voglio il risultato nella nuova tabella.
