Cómo agregar líneas de referencia en el bucle de secuencia de comandos del generador de gráficos

Estoy tratando de automatizar la generación de gráficos que se ve bien, pero al agregar las líneas de referencia, no se trazan. ¿Cómo se puede lograr esto a través del bucle?

Como prueba también he intentado dar un número o el índice al Scalebox pero no aparece nada.
