More font options for labels

Currently adding a label to graphs only gives small black text on bar charts for example.

I want to be able to make these 18pt and choose between at least black and white text so that can be read on a big screen. The label formatting options only really lets me change the decimal places and data types

It is possible to manually add labels using the Annotation tool. However, as I know you've already seen, this doesn't always work correctly in 16.x.
