Appearance of "..." when opening a csv file

Hello,

I am importing .csv files with JMP to analyze the data they contain. In my databases I have an Operator column that I want to have in Character format because operator names can contain letters. When I open one of these files I get "..." instead of an operator name which is supposed to be 30944 (picture below). How to avoid having these "..." ? Because in my analyzes, via scripts, I subsequently eliminate these data because they have no operator name when in reality I have to take them into account ...

It will help if you can provide a bit more information. How are you opening these files in JMP (there are different ways to open a .csv in JMP)? Are you able to share an example (without any sensitive data) that exhibits this problem?

I think that may be the ... that means "there is too much data to show in this small cell." Try double-clicking it to see it in an editor box. Then compare that to what is in the CSV at that point. I think the data may start with a newline.

You can also size the rows taller with the mouse. Wider too, but that won't help if it is a newline hiding the data.
