graph with not all the rows

Question

is it possible to creat a graph (whether in "graph builder" or "fit y by x") with only a selected number of rows, instead of the entire range of rows?

Use duplicate tables, or make subsets with the rows you need for each set of graphs.

the problem is that, if I unhide these rows because I need them for another graph, they will re-appear on the 1st one.

You can select the rows that you do not wish to show and then use the Hide property on the rows menu.  Alternatively use the Data Filter.
