Connecting JMP to BenchlingHey, all!
Two part poll/question - Have you encountered Benchling (an Electronic Lab Notebook)? And if so how are the customers connecting to it from JMP? Based on their help files (https://help.benchling.com/en/articles/2453412-access-your-data-warehouse-enterprise) they have a PostgreSQL DB under the hood. So, that makes me think it should be possible with Query Builder, but I wanted to poll the community to see if anyone has seen it in the wild.
Thoughts?

Re: Connecting JMP to Benchling@mzwald, I’m pretty sure they’re a customer now, so it wouldn’t surprise me.Re: Connecting JMP to BenchlingJust encountered a customer today asking specifically about integrating JMP with Benchling which brought me to this post. They want to get DOE data from JMP into Benchling and my initial suggestion was to export a CSV file. But the customer (Scribe Therapeutics) mentioned Benchling claims to support JMP now but I have no information on what that means.
Re: Connecting JMP to BenchlingHey @MikeD_Anderson ,
I have heard of Benchling and know at least one person that works there. Beyond the ELN they provide, they also provide tracking, some molecular biology tools, and a few other things. I have not had anyone asking me yet as to how to connect to their system give most of it is done through the cloud and via a web browser. Also, they have a development platform. So the reverse connection might be possible as well.
They do not appear to be in the statistical analysis or DOE market so it seems like it might be a good fit to connect the two given that they are more than just an ELN, store and track data, samples, etc.
