Hi SE Community,
I am stuck with trying to get the attached graph made in Excel to be made in Graph Builder without scripting

There is a PSA test (y-axis) that comes as two columns (two versions of the same test) that should be staked in a bar and then a different related test (PET) that should be displayed on the side of that PSA test for that person (x-axis). Notice that bar labelled D21 has both PSA tests stacked and a PET test next to it.
I am having a tough time forcing Graph Builder to do this. Data comes in as tests and patient ID in as columns along with treatment in a column (cohorts colored red and blue).
I checked this post Mixed Stacked and Side-by-side Bar Graph in JMP - JMP User Community but it does not address the above issue.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Here is one way I could get close....
The data is quasi-stacked... PSA values are in a test 1 and test 1 + test 2 column, while PET is in a test 1 column with test 2 = 0. Overlay with a column for PET/PSA. Use 2 side-by-side bar elements, and use the Customize... menu to make the bars for test 1 show on top of the bars for test 1 + test 2. Adjust transparency less than 1 so that when the test 1 and test 1 + test 2 bars are on top of each other, it appears as a darker bar, giving the illusion of stacked bars.
What a mess, hope this helps.
Cheers,
Brady

That is closer. One thing I noticed about the original graph is that the values are not additive., they are super-imposed. I think that is probably misleading since a value could be hidden behind another bar. Now how about overlaying Treatment/Planned Treatment? It gets one step more complicated.
Here is a mock up of the original data for the posted graph
