JMP is growing.
We’re distributed across many regions and time zones. We focus on different aspects of the business and may not be aware of what our colleagues are facing. And the way we work has fundamentally changed – we rely on digital channels for the bulk of our communication.
As your new lead for internal communications, it’s my job to ensure you have information you need to thrive in your role and opportunities to engage with fellow JMPers.
Yes, our work processes have evolved throughout the pandemic, and our employee communications will too. Right now, the best way to stay connected across the division is through our biweekly Sales Report (every other Friday) and InsideJMP.
So that you don’t miss a beat, may I suggest two easy steps to start (or continue) engaging with us?

(Some of you may not need this level of detail but, if you’re like me, these steps may not be intuitive!)
Once you get to community.jmp.com and navigate to InsideJMP under the Community menu:
1. Make InsideJMP your home page (or start page).
Here are instructions listed by browser.
2. Subscribe to InsideJMP News
Go to the "hamburger" menu and select InsideJMP News from the drop-down.
Use the red triangle to subscribe.
If you’re feeling ambitious, use the Invite a Friend feature to make sure you're teammates are in the know.

For the future: We’ll reach out with an employee survey to gather information about your needs and preferences for employee communications. The more people who participate, the better.
Thanks, @Ryan_Gilmore ! I'll give it a try again.
Hi @eclaassen , it should be less of an issue. We made a change so that minor editors no longer trigger a notification by default.
I used to subscribe, but I'd get emails for every post and edit of post that occurred which was email overflow. Is that still an issue?
Super helpful. Thank you!
