Overview
This case study looks at an example process data set for a set of multi-chamber chemical vapor deposition (CVD) tools in a manufacturing line. The original data set is the modified version of MouldMat posted by Scott Wise to the TRL. The package includes a complete journal that can be run with JMP, JMP Pro, or JMP Live in mind. Line the the MouldMat data, this demo shows DOE, data mining, graphical analysis, and quality workflows well.
