the speech topic : Looking for the golden curve: Realizing the functional response DOE analysis
Speech abstract:
Engineers and scientists often need to think about the behavior of these functions or curves over time or under certain conditions from the perspective of mathematical functions or curves, such as dose response curves, chromatographic curves, viscosity and shear curves, current and voltage Relationship and so on. In recent years, modeling data from Design of Experiments (DOE) has made it possible to extract only one number from the curve and apply the classic DOE method. With JMP Pro, you can directly model how the shape of the prediction curve changes as the input variables change. In JMP Pro, you can even define the "golden curve", which is the ideal curve you want to match. With just a few mouse clicks, JMP Pro will find the combination of factor settings that best matches the golden curve. This technology has been widely used in bioassays, drug purity and stability research, consumer products and semiconductor research and development. We see that many people in the industry are very interested in functional DOE analysis. Therefore, in this lecture, Chris will introduce the basic concepts of functional DOE analysis, and use real case studies to demonstrate that anyone who uses JMP to analyze classic experimental data can easily use this technology.
