DPMO ， Zlt, Ppk?

I study a textbook, I was told that if DPMO=34038 then Zlt=3.32 and Ppk=0.61 who can let me know, what formula is applied to calculate Zlt and Ppk? or how can I use JMP to get that result? thanks
