According to the new features pdf doc, Dashboards in JMP 16 can have a column switcher that controls multiple reports. I couldn't find an example anywhere, and I can't make it work. Anybody have a working example? @danschikore, help??
Hi @Jordan_Hiller - once you have your reports and column switcher added to a dashboard, a crucial step is to switch into Preview mode to do a little configuration:
I typically do a similar initialization step for data filters as well, but it's even more important for column switchers - an empty data filter is fine, but a column switcher that has not been configured will lead to errors when trying to initialize or use the switcher.
The column switcher will automatically connect to each of the platforms in the window that use the same dt, so unlike the JSL shared column switcher, you don't need to explicitly link the switcher to platforms.
