- Browse:
- Think of the Community as 2 spaces: "OutsideJMP" for customer facing and "InsideJMP" for employees
- Within InsideJMP, view the "hamburger menu" on the left side to browse to different categories
- Within the Inside Sales category, there is a Discussion board and a Library:
- Library is static documentation, such as best practices and procedures
- Discussions are boards for Q&A, collaboration (IDEA: share messaging for various campaigns)
- Subscribe to Inside Sales and any other categories of interest (Product Management!)
- Manage your notifications with a Daily Digest
- top right corner, click on your name
- Click My Settings
- Click Subscriptions & Notifications
- Within Notification Settings, in the "Notify me of" section, select a Daily Digest
- Search
- Best practice: expand your search parameters using the drop down menu next to the search bar (e.g. search "all community")
- Post
- Post documents to the Library
- Post questions to Discussions
- These will be viewable from the InsideJMP "Recent posts" section
- Collaborate by commenting, providing kudos, @your audience
