Hi SE Community,
I have an interesting problem that I think I know the solution to, but it might not be the best solution. I have a customer who wants to do concordance analysis on different varieties of blue berries and wants to compare the mother with the clone for each variety.. So far, not an issue, except, there are 50 SNPs (in the example) and the test is like a rater agreement (categorical>rater agreement). I have attached an example data table for clarity of what the data looks like. The SNP is like Part ID and it is desired to have the same value between mother and clone. Goal is to find the % similarity between sources and test similarity between sources for each variety.
That is the easy part. I can cast the two sources (mother and clone) into the dialog for rater agreement and I will get N and % for each allele (0, 1, or 2) for each source. That gives me the agreement between each source for each allele and also a test statistic for agreement between the two sources. But do I have to use SNP as an ID or is it fine as I have saved it to the data table?
I can also use Attribute Gauge chart (saved to data table) but I don't think I have set it up correctly or maybe I have. Can some one take a look? SNP is part number and I have to choose one variety at a time, unlike Categorical Rater agreement (or maybe I have to manipulate the data table to use a by group).
Am I missing anything or did I get it correct for both?
I will present both methods since they provide similar but not identical information.
Thanks for the sanity check.
