Having a strong advocate (a JMP Champion) within a organization is critical to ensuring a successful JMP/customer partnership. A true champion will help articulate JMP's value, speed adoption, and overcome any obstacles to JMP's use. Champions can also help expand usage within an organization by identifying new opportunities, introducing us to key decision makers and helping build a mature culture of analytics at the site. They can also protect renewals by serving as a resource for internal users, connecting users to JMP events, the Community and JMP user groups and ensuring that the organization is leveraging the full power of our software.
To help communicate the benefits of being a JMP Champion within a customer organization, @Meg_Eberle and @saradoudt have developed the Advocating for Analytics blog series. The blog identifies a successful champion within an organization and highlights their personal journey using JMP, advocating for analytics and building a culture of analytics at their organization. They also discuss the benefits they've enjoyed being a champion and how it has helped them grow both personally and professionally.
In case you missed it, the first installment of the new Advocating for Analytics blog series is now available. In this blog, Meg Eberle chats with BIOTRONIK's Gerd Kopp. Gerd is a Quality Management and Reliability Statistician at the Berlin-based biomedical technology innovator. Gerd talks advocating for analytics, overcoming internal hurdles and building a relationship with JMP.
Check it out!
