When using the Graph Builder platform with an overlay variable one is not able to broadcast commands to other sections of the report. Specifically, if one wants to chang the color and width of a line you are unable to do so using the broadcast option. One must change each line width separately and even then the behavior is inconsistent as sometimes it reverts back to the original state of the line width and / or color.

Hi Stan,
I talked to you in the IMFT JMP day regarding the Graph Builder. The broadcast command (Ctrl key) is not functioning for changing the line width. The only width that change is the first graph as shown below.
You agreed and able to duplicate the bug as well during the IMFT JMP day.

There has been work in this area in the JMP 17 time frame. If you were using the legend to change line widths or styles, the change was not propagating or 'broadcasting' to all of the graph panes. The updated behavior should be available in the next major release of JMP (expected in fall of 2022).
Instead of broadcasting the commands the legend in Graph Builder uses multiple selection (holding the ctrl or cmd key and clicking) to change multiple items.
