Loading plots-It would be nice if it would be “easily” possible to show Loading plots in PCA & PLS in a 1D Chart.
For us this would help to analyses our results faster in a more meaningful way.
GraphicsUser InterfaceRe: Loading plots-We think this request is asking for something similar to the Variable Importance Plot (bar graph) in PLS. "1D" in the sense that each PC is plotted on its own; not a biplot (which is 2D), etc.
I think we will seek clarification, however, on whether the user can just "Make Into Data Table" on the table of loadings (with one column for each PC) and then run Graph Builder against the loadings for each PC to get the idea of which variables are loading heavily onto each PC.
