Ordering in Categorical Platform

Hi! I'm working with a customer on a categorical platform report. We are looking at the frequency chart where we've included the "count missing responses" option. The use case is to figure out what items in the list haven't been looked at in a given year (the missing response condition). We would like to sort the frequency chart by a given year so that they are at the top or bottom of the chart - instead of scattered throughout as they are in the example. I can't seem to find a way to do this.

Any thoughts on how to sort the frequency chart or other methods for finding missing combinations of categorical/ordinal values in a data set?
