EA 17 is Coming Soon!
It's hard to believe, but the JMP 17 EA program will kickoff before you know it. We're still working on the behind-the-scenes processes, but here's what you need to know for now:
- Invitations to request access to the program will be sent out towards the end of the month in preparation for EA 1. These initial invitations will be sent by the product management team.
- If you have customers that you would like to invite, please send your list to Mia. If possible, please include the topics/features/platforms of potential interest.
- We'll invite members of the JMP 16 EA program (unless you tell us not to invite particular members). Here is the Salesforce campaign for EA 16 in case you want to check.
- Once the program is in full swing, you are welcome to invite customers to join the program at any time. See the EA FAQ for information on what makes a good candidate for the EA program (annual license holder, not a novice user, and willing to provide feedback).
We hope to be able to capture who has been invited to join the program in a Salesforce campaign, and to enable you to invite customers using an email template in Salesforce. This is part of what we're still working on, so please stay tuned for more information. We will be sure to share in our updates as well as in our training sessions. Upcoming Training
Here's what's on deck:
- JMP for Pharmaceutical Industry on May 18 with Byron Wingerd: Bryon will be sharing an overview of the pharma industry, common roles, groups, pain points and how JMP addresses them.
- Upgrades, Installs, etc on May 27 with Tech Support: Dahlia and Bobby will be hosting a training on common issues and questions around different issues you may face during the install or upgrade process. To better prepare for the training we are asking folks to add any questions here so that Bobby and Dahlia can be sure to address the concerns you may have.
- Account Expansion: TBD with Landra
- After these 3 sessions, we will be taking a pause this summer to focus on other projects, but hope to bring the series back in the fall (at a slower pace
