JMP® Clinical: Centralized Statistical Monitoring of Clinical Trials, Mastering JMP Webinar
This session for existing JMP Clinical users shows how to use statistical sampling and calculation of risk scores on key performance metrics to help investigators uncover data quality issues, identify fraudulent activity, and determine how clinical trial sites can benefit from monitoring or corrective action. The webinar covers topics like Risk-Based Monitoring; digit preferences; unusual subject similarities; duplicated or constant findings; and unexpected enrollment or visit patterns.
JMP® Clinical: Conducting Medical Safety Reviews of Clinical Trials, Mastering JMP Webinar
This Mastering JMP seminar is for existing JMP Clinical users who want to see examples of how to use JMP Clinical to examine adverse events, medical query risks, abnormal findings (such as drug-induced liver injury) and drug efficacy indicators to help expedite the review, analysis and reporting (DSUR/PSUR and JMP Live) of clinical trials. Topics include basic reporting, like count/percent summaries, distributions, box plots, time trends and waterfall plots; statistically-oriented incidence reports and ANOVA models; and comprehensive patient profiles.
Risk-Based Monitoring of Clinical Trials Using JMP Clinical, White Paper
This white paper has some age on it (it was published in 2014) but is still an anchor piece we promote on JMP Clinical web pages. The paper demonstrates how a clinical trial team reviewed data remotely to protect the well-being of patients and ensure the integrity of final study results. It also discusses the tools used for identifying potentially fraudulent data at clinical sites. Documents how risk-based monitoring can alleviate some costs and improve quality of data using JMP.
