Opening add-in files in JMP for Mac

Hi everybody,

when I try to open an add-in file in JMP 9 for Mac an error message is returned. In particular, I tried to open few of the add-ins available for download on the JMP website and everytime I got the message "The document “penalized regression.jmpaddin” could not be opened.". Does anybody have any idea of why this happens?

I'm not sure what's going on here.

What version of JMP are you using?

Please contact JMP Tech Support (support@jmp.com) if the problem persists?
