Please add a Share of Total Cases Responding to Categorical.
Share of Total Cases Responding = Frequency of response / Total Cases Responding.
Using a data table like this:

With the option to Count Missing Responses off we get a categorical report like this:

Where the two percentages show represent the Share Of Responses and the Rate Per Case. The denominators for these are Total Responses and Total Cases respectively.
This new Share of Total Cases Responding will use Total Cases Responding as a denominator.
So, for the response "Once", Share of Total Cases Responding = 50%.
And for "Twice", Share of Total Cases Responding = 100%.

Thank you for the update. Do you have any other suggestion for a temporary work around besides using the local filter? The limitation of the local filter is that you would have to do use it for each multi-response question--i.e. it is not a 'global' solution. Could an add-in/script be written perhaps?
I've spoken to our development staff and we will be able to add this in JMP 13, to be released in September, 2016.
