I put this table together in preparation for Mastering JMP on JMP Live to help illustrate the control chart warning feature. The table has several columns of data that show out of control conditions with some frequency.
The charts are set up as XBAR-R charts and there are 15 measurements per batch.
There are also columns for Reactor and Catalyst BatchID if you want to show phased control charts. However, they don't affect the data.
There are embedded table scripts to help conduct a demo.
- Initialize Table - this resets the table to show 30 days of data ending with yesterday
- Update Table - this adds 6 batches of new data. The data is generated by random processes so you might have to click this a few times to generate a new out-of-control condition.
- Control Charts - this builds control charts with a column switcher.
- Publish to JMP Live - this publishes the control charts to devlive16. It will make a new post the first time. After that, it will update the data on the post. This will preserve comments in the post.
- Publish to JMP Public - similar to above except for JMP Public.
If you want to use the publish scripts, you will have to edit the first two lines to match your publish credentials.
