Global return-to-office rules
Many of our pets have gotten used to us being home with them over the last year. If you feel like your pet will miss you too much when you return to your office, you may bring them to work with you.
Before accompanying you to the office, however, pets are required to do the following:
- Bring a note from their vet testifying to their need to be with you.
- Prove that they’ve passed a certified obedience class.
- Promise to wear masks at all times while in the office
We look forward to seeing some new faces in JMP offices around the world – assuming any pets can jump through those hurdles. And if they do, we invite all employees who don’t want to work with pets to continue working from their home offices.
