Save binary prediction formulas from Decision Threshold

With the Decision Threshold feature in Model Screening, it's easy to consider different cutpoints for binary predictor models.

After an appropriate cutpoint is chosen, It would be desirable to save a binary predictor formula column that reflects the chosen cutpoint. Right now, predictor formulas are always fixed at 50/50. It's not too hard to write the JSL column formula if you know how, but it would be better to do this automatically for users.

@Jordan_Hiller this is being researched. There are some complications to saving as a formula (see the comments in the Jira). Would making a non-formula column satisfy the need?
