Encounter some JMP16 issues or bugs (?), hope someone can help:
Case#1:
When saving the Graph Builder result as “Make Into Data Table”, JMP15 give me perfect result while JMP16 give me the picture with two black lines (on the right and bottom side) for each picture
Case#2:
When using custom Design “Functional Response” in JMP16 “Save Responses” option seems grey and UNABLE to save the response as usual
Case#3:
When running this JSL, the outcome will have an additional “Y” as a response

JMP 16.1.0 has not been released so I am not surprised if it might have a few bugs. How about the released version of 16.0.0? Do you see the same thing?

Just tried those on JMP16.0 (JMP version as below), results show SAME.
May you point me to where can I download the official released version of JMP16? thanks

Thanks for checking. Maybe this is a good one to report to technical support if no one here has seen this.
I know a lot of people are probably getting their version of JMP from \\jmpsrv01\dev\install. But my understanding is that this is not the best place to get the released to public version. There are two places to get the "released" or shipping version of JMP :
http://download.na.sas.com/product.aspx?title=JMP and JMP Pro
http://installdepot.sas.com/family/jmp/160
I am not sure if you have access to either of these. The second one requires a UNIX username and password (see IT to get one). It is also a good way to see how customers might download JMP. You would need to copy the order number and key and then use the SAS Download Manager to download it.

Case#1, the solution for it: goes to preference -> Reports -> Uncheck the “Transparent background for report PNG Images” will do
Case #2 & #3 might be linked together due to the design feature. Already let tech support informed, they will help to investigate and look for the correct answer possible
maybe this post can be as a sharing in case any of our SE encounters a similar situation for the new release version
