With more than 25,000 members, our JMP User Community is the place for users of all skill levels to connect with one another. The JMP User Community allows visitors to post questions, share tips and tricks, read blog posts, download and share JMP add-ins, scripts and sample data.
The strength of the Community, though, depends on the active participation of our members. And we're fortunate to have some pretty amazing community members.
On March 15, 2021 JMP announced the newest members of a pretty exclusive club: JMP Community Super Users.
The JMP Community Super User program was developed to recognize JMP Community members who exemplify the very best aspects of the JMP Community: they are helpful, knowledgeable, and provide a safe and friendly environment for other JMP users. They’re also incredibly active; when you post a JMP question, there’s a pretty good chance one of our top users will respond with the answer.
JMP Super Users are chosen by the JMP User Community managers based of several factors:
- Time spent in the Community
- Quality of responses
- Accepted solutions
- Kudos received
- Leadership behaviors

Each Super User will serve a one-year term, with a new set of Super User identified around this time each year. But Super Users can repeat, so we encourage our superstars to keep doing what they’re doing and delighting their fellow Community members!

It is so awesome to have customers wanting and willing to give so freely of their time to help others learn how to use JMP.
