Hi,
We recently introduced a new workflow for blogs and knowledge bases.
There is a 3 step process when creating a post in one of these boards:
- Write the post
- Edit the post
- Publish the post
Similarly, there are 3 roles that correspond to each step in the process:
- Author
- Editor
- Publisher
An individual involved in the process will be in 1 or more of these roles.
The general flow is

The JSL Cookbook is a knowledge base. All members can author a post. However, not everyone can edit/publish.
Currently, there is no formal process around reviewing submissions to the knowledge base. As such, we have several posts that have not been published. We are wondering if you, our Super Users, would be interested in helping with the reviews and developing a set of acceptance criteria that must be met before publishing.
While there are several that currently need review at the moment, we receive only 1-2 submissions per month.
You can see the articles awaiting review by
- Navigate to the JSL Cookbook
- Select Knowledge Base Article Dashboard in the right side bar
Please let us know if you would be willing to participate and please do not feel obligated to do so.
Thanks.
Ryan
