Sparse Date Columns and Time Column filling.<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />I have a data set with a sparse date column and a time column. I want to fill in the date column automatically for this table (which has 14k or so rows). Each of the dates has an unknown number of time entires.

The lag function is a good one as many tables have categories and dates this way.

I was able to do this by making a new column (New Date) with the following formula (references "Date" as the original column):
If( :Date == "",
Lag( :New Date, 1 ),
:Date
)
A data table with this method is attached.
