Plenary Pre-Show: Steering Committee volunteersThank you for volunteering to be apart of the Plenary Pre-Shows for Discovery Summit Europe next week. I have made assignments based on your feedback & availability from the survey you took and included them below.
What to Expect:
- You have been made a panelist in the Zoom meeting
- Add the session to your 'schedule' and join using the Zoom link from the conference platform
- Please plan to log on 40 minutes prior to the start of the session (11:50 CET)
- during this time you will review the technical aspects with Jeff Hudgins (test audio & background visuals) and talk about what will happen next, and what to expect.
- Once the pre-show has concluded, you can turn off your camera and mute yourself to enjoy the plenary.
