Generalized regression reportHello,
we have a customer, currently writing his report for Regulatory agencies, which has questions about Gen Reg reports.
1) is it possible to get the studentized residual graph from the Gen Reg platform?
2) He has different reports for the 3 outputs below and he's wondering why there is not the same statistics available.
"A 280 titer" which is normally distributed has R², R²adj, RASE

"HCP/mg low ..." which is normally distributed, but censored, has R² (why not R²adj, RASE ?)

"RP-UPLC Purity" which is beta distributed, has Generalized R² (I understand why).
Does Generalized R²adj available ? what about RASE ?

Thank you
Emmanuel
Re: Generalized regression reportThanks for the suggestion! We've added this to the list to consider for 17.
Re: Generalized regression reportHello @chris_gotwalt1, any chance to get the Studentized residuals from Gen Reg platform ?
Re: Generalized regression reportHi Martin,
thanks for the reply.
Residuals are not studentized in the Diagnostic Plots.
Indeed documentation suggests that we can get Studentized Residuals but I don't see how.
Thanks again.
Re: Generalized regression reportHi Emmanuel,
For 1. studentized residuals, you have the diagnostics plot section and there you will be able to see the Residual by predicted plot. What's in there will be handled here: https://www.jmp.com/support/help/en/15.2/#page/jmp/generalized-linear-model-fit-report-options.shtml
For 2. RSquare, this will only show up if the distribution is normal.
From documentation link below you see these notes:
- Note: Generalized RSquare is replaced by RSquare when the Normal distribution is specified.
- Caution: You should not compare Generalized RSquare values for models that use different response distributions. The comparison being made is to the intercept-only model with a given response distribution.

Does it answer the questions?
Saving the residuals is possible using the save option in the red triangle, However, different to the documentation there is no option to select which (studentized deviance, studentized pearson, deviance, pearson). And it is not obvius which one is shown. My guess woult be the studentized deviance but I could be wrong), this might be a question where someone else or a developer could chime in?
Best,
Martin
