JMP Live Settings: Email notifications does not work for me

Hi, 

in my Live Settings (devlive16 server) I set for control chart warnings emails notification to immediately:

 

However I just receive notifications in JMP Live but no email is send. Any explanation?

Are you getting notification emails about other things?  I have just commented on your post https://devlive16.jmp.com/packages/n7m1Bypz1R2Wg_4SQSVPN - did you get an email notification about this?  Thank you!

thanks for the comment, but as Dieter mentioned in his comment, I did not get any notification email outside JMP Live. Now it makes sense. 

 

However, it is possible unless IT blocks these emails. That is an important information I now have when people want to actually see it:)

Hi Martin,

 

Unfortunately you won’t receive any emails from devlive16 and devlive15 at the moment. IT has blocked all emails from AWS’ email services because of the high volume of spam and phishing emails it produces. We are currently working with them to find exceptions that we can put in place to allow emails from our JMP Live instances
