Hi @epichigh,

Take a look at JMP Note 55411.

The debugger is a separate instance of JMP that communicates over sockets. Unfortunately, some VPN or other network settings may block the sockets communications it needs. If you can disable your VPN connection or add jmp.exe as an allowed application that may help.
