Moving from DKIM mail servers to SendGrid. This move allows us to use the Email metrics in Community Analytics. As a result of this move, the sending email from the Community will be changed from community.admin@jmp.com to community.admin@community-mail.jmp.com. I expect the move to occur in the next two weeks. I will send an email when we have a date.
We met with the Super Users (Isaac Himanga, Jim Nelson, Thierry Sornasse, Peter Mroz, Bill Ross) yesterday to describe the program, explain privileges, and answer questions. Peter and Bill were unable to attend. We will be following up with invitations to the Supers Users Group Hub and a letter from John Sall.
We are preparing to release the new blog workflow. The plan is to record videos for each role (Author, Editor, Publisher) then hold Q&A sessions for those that have authored a blog in the past 3 years.
The Discovery Europe 2021 presentations will be publicly available next week
Next: Events and TKB workflow
