We have created a survey to help schedule your tasks for Discovery Summit Europe. Please let us know in the survey your session preferences and availability. The survey needs to be responded to by Wednesday, February 24, at 18:00 CET. If we do not receive your response by that date we will assume you do not have a preference or scheduling conflict. 

 

You can start the survey HERE.

 

1. Paper presentations will be on March 9, 10, 11 and 12 from 14:00 - 16:15 CET, and Oct 16. Attendees will watch the recorded presentation live online, then be able to ask questions and comment in real time. We need you to do introductions for these 24 paper presentations. Please respond to the survey by Wednesday, February 24, at 18:00 CET . We will write short introductions for you.
2. On March 9, 10, 11 and 12, will start the day with a pre-show prior to the plenary. This will go from 12:30 – 12:45 CET. We’d like for a few of you to join each day to share what you are excited about, what you like about Discovery, what you miss about meeting in-person, etc., in a very relaxed, informal setting. You’ll just be talking to the crowd as they come into the meeting and warming them up. Let me know in the survey if you want to volunteer to do this, and on what day.

Other duties during the conference:

1. Participate and ask questions when there is silence.
2. Take notes to provide feedback during post conference meeting.
3. Encourage attendees to "vote" or "rate" each paper presentation they view
4. Reach out to attendees to get feedback.
5. Promote Discovery to colleagues and people in your networks. Registration is complimentary but must register to participate.

 

You will be introduced during the opening session on Wednesday, March 10.

Incoming steering committee members will be introduced during the closing session on Thursday, March 11.

We will review these items and answer questions during our steering committee call on Tuesday, March 2 from 15:00 – 15:30 CET.
