For Mastering JMP Zoom webinars, all registrants go into Salesforce, which has an elegant interface to get Attendees after the webinar.

However, when signing into the webinar, an attendee may have received the link from a colleague and not registered at all. Or they used a different email address when logging into the webinar (for example, registering with company email and logging in with their personal email).
I am finding just under 10% of attendees may do this. So, you may miss collecting some attendees in Salesforce. OF these 10 %, about 1/2 of them are in Salesforce as Leads or Contacts.
When I have time and think it is important, I try to capture attendees IF THEY ARE ALREADY IN SALESFORCE as Lead or Contact. If they aren't in Salesforce, we don't have enough info to add them. The process is a bit tedious, and if you think it is valuable to capture as many registrants as you can, here are the steps. I try to guess at personal email matches to corporate emails, by the way, but often the name match is not obvious.
1. Update salesforce using GET ZOOM ATTENDEES.
2. Export Attendees into Excel from Salesforce and import the email addresses into a JMP table. I include only email addresses, no other fields.
3. Run .csv attendee report from Zoom, save as .xlsx and import the email addresses into JMP table. I include only email addresses, no other fields.

5. In the table, you will see emails for people who did not get uploaded to Salesforce. From the webinar campaign list, search Contacts and Leads to see if they are in the database, then add them as Status ATTENDED.
