DH- linkage mapping analysis

I am having difficulties running the linkage mapping analysis via JMP. its keep giving me errors at the linkage map order step (ERROR 180-322: Statement is not valid or it is used out of proper order).  I am also wondering how to obtain the " sas7bdat" file in JMP.

Anyone can help or provide  a file format that previously worked please!

Hi Esra,
I think you are referring to JMP Genomics, is that correct? Do you have the version number (Help>About JMP)?
Can you tell me more about the steps you are taking (options in the dialog, screen shots are helpful) and more info about the data set you are using?
