JMP 16 sales training held
During this session Mia Stephens, Arati Mejdal, Tina Dubois, and Rebecca Surendra did a quick recap of the major features of JMP 16, shared some of the new resources and tools sales teams can use to reach out to customers, and provided some best practices for sales teams to do now through the launch. This New Release Promotions page was developed to list out all of the different resources that product management, marketing and customer care have created to make it even easier for our sales teams to use the new release as an opportunity to engage with customers. Read through these resources and let us know if you have any questions.
JMP 16 Resource of the Week:
Make sure to check out the The New In Page which is a good high-level snapshot of the latest release. It talks about all the features, calling out the major features and the value they can bring to a user. This is a great link to share with both users and prospects to introduce them to the latest version, provide resources, and if they want – to ask more questions from our sales teams. THANK YOU to Landra, Mia and Aaron - we're already getting lots of love for this page! This page is currently only available in English but should be available in a number of languages by mid-February. (We're also planning to have images replaced with videos of major features in the next few weeks.) Remember that all JMP 16 sales resources are listed and linked in the sales toolkit.
SE Training is underway!
The New in JMP 16 Technical Training for System Engineers and other technical staff has completed the first two of five planned sessions.
