Wish List
Gives customers a public forum to make suggestions and get feedback and support from other users. JMP use this information to help set priorities and inspire us to make the software better.
Early Adopters Program
Through the Early Adopters program customers an have a voice in the development of our products. The EA program provides a more agile way to work with JMP development vs. standard tech support channels and waiting for a fix in a maintenance or major release and is a good way to test out JSL scripts and other important items prior to GA of the version of JMP.

Our Mission
Our mission as an organization is to spread the use and impact of JMP. But, why have we chosen that mission – beyond the obvious financial benefit? Because we believe that the world is a better place, with better products, and processes, when statistics are widely used and we think that JMP makes statistics fun and accessible.
So, if our mission is spreading use and impact then we aren't successful at the close of a licensing deal. No, we aren't successful until each of those license holders becomes a user of JMP who is making a difference in their product or process.
Now, we believe that it won't take much training or tutoring for most people to begin seeing value in using JMP. After all, getting data into JMP is easy since we can import data from almost any place. And, because of the dynamic linking and built-in intelligence you can begin making discoveries using just the basic platforms of Distribution, Fit Y by X, and Graph Builder. These platforms alone will give you views into your data that you've not seen and allow you to generate hypothesis and insights almost immediately.
Discoveries
However, we know that real discoveries come as you integrate your domain knowledge with statistical knowledge. These two are brought together through the analytic platforms in JMP.

We can't necessarily help you with your domain knowledge. We're not butchers, bakers, or candlestick makers. We don't know the role of wax and oil in the combustion process, or how flour, water, and yeast combine to make sourdough.
But, we are experts in statistics and in JMP. So, when you're ready to go beyond the basic platforms we have supporting programs to give you the knowledge you need to be successful in using JMP.
These programs, just like the analytic platforms in JMP, are available when you need them, how you need them. Whether you prefer bite-sized nuggets or a meal-length spread; whether you like reading or watching videos; whether you like interactive support or archived answers: we've got you covered. Let's take a look.
Statistics Knowledge
First up, statistics training. We have built a world-class library of on-demand tutorials. These tutorials can be consumed individually as you need introduction – or a refresher – to individual topics like basic

We also have an encyclopedia of common statistical terms, analyses, and concepts in our Statistics Knowledge Portal. The articles combine concise explanations with illuminating examples and graphics to help you establish a firm foundation upon which to build statistical skills.
Finally, if you're ready for classroom instruction, we have formal, paid training in public and private classes to give you the skills to apply JMP across a range of statistical methods.
JMP Knowledge
As we noted earlier, JMP is where your domain expertise and statistical methods come together. We've made JMP easy and fun to use but that doesn't mean we leave it to you to figure it out.
We have webinars from Getting Started with JMP to Mastering JMP to introduce you to the various platforms and analyses available in JMP. These live or on-demand sessions will give you an introduction to using JMP to solve real-world problems and give you the confidence to tackle your own.
We also have a library of tutorial videos to show you, in small doses, how to use JMP to reshape your data or design your first experiment.
Some of these tutorials have been assembled into our New User Welcome Kit and the Design of Experiments (DOE) Intro Kit.
If reading is more your style, you'll find the extensive documentation and help system built-in to JMP and on the web answers your questions and explains the many options in each platform.
Got Questions?
