Change the x axis

I begin with jump and i have a question about the graph builder.

I have 3 columns :

  1. Chr

  2. Position

  3. M1AllMP

The X axis is divided firstly in Chr and secondly with the position.

The "max" of the position is different between the different Chr.

The x axis "position" of Chr2 must be little than the Chr1.

But the x axis is the same for the chr1 and chr2 and if i try to reduce x axix for chr2, it's reduce for the chr1. I want that the x axis of chr1 is independent of the x axis chr2.

The axes will always be the same across groups to make the panels more comparable. For unlinked axes you can use separate variables. Use Tables > Split to split the Position column by Chr, keeping M1AIMP.

Here's my version using Big Class.jmp, after splitting heighy by sex, keeping weight.

By the way, how did you make your picture? I'm curious about why some parts are transparent in yours but not in mine.
