Re: Blog Workflow: Overviewhow do I assign my self to be the writer, editor and publisher of my blog?
Re: Blog Workflow: OverviewI will setup the permissions when we make the change. Those with personal blogs will be assigned author, editor, and publisher roles for their blogs. For the JMPer Cable and JMP Blog blogs, only a select few will have the editor and publisher roles.
Re: Blog Workflow: OverviewShould we still have Amy look things over before we start this workflow?
Re: Blog Workflow: OverviewI'll let @arati_mejdal answer the question about Amy reviewing prior to starting. One nice feature is that you can view the history of edits made and compare between versions. For that reason, I would recommend starting the workflow then have Amy review. But, as I said, that is more of @arati_mejdal's decision.
Re: Blog Workflow: Overview@MikeD_Anderson , having briefly discussed with Arati, please continue to have Amy review prior to starting the workflow. Thanks.
