Hi,

I use ImageJ which give the buttom image.

With the result from ROI of ImageJ, I can make a bubble graph wich is the top image.

I would like to have the blackhead shapes as close as possible to the bottom image.

Is anyone being able to give a solution ?

I shall continue to look for it with the 25 settings from imageJ.

I'm sorry, but it's not quite clear to me what you are asking for. But, if it helps at all (and thanks to @danschikore . . . ) the shapes that bubble plot uses do not have to just be circles.

I join the jmp file with the script of the graph.

the goal is to have the shapes close to the photo from ImageJ.
