How can quickly add data to save table?For example "Big Class.jmp" is made into two tables:"Big Class1"、"Big Class2", and the data in the two tables is repeated.
Save the table in "Big Class1".
How can add the data from "Big Class2" to "Big Class1" using the JSL implementation?
Does JMP have a ready-made command?
Thanks Experts!
dt=Open("$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp");
dt<<SELECT where="">13);d2=dt<<SUBSET></SUBSET></SELECT>
ScriptingRe: How can quickly add data to save table?Let's use CONCATENATE keyword
Names Default To Here( 1 );
dt = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Trial1.jmp" );
dt2 = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Trial2.jmp" );
dt << Concatenate( Data Table( "Trial2" ) );Re: How can quickly add data to save table?I'm sorry.My original post didn't make it clear.Added a note to the original post.
This "Concatenate" command generates duplicate data.
Thanks!
Re: How can quickly add data to save table?After concatenation, you can "Select Duplicate Rows" and "Delete Rows".
Is this what you want?Re: How can quickly add data to save table?very thankful
Re: How can quickly add data to save table?Once you know the JSL keyword, do 'Help > Scripting Index' to find out how to use it.
NamesDefaultToHere(1);
// Get a table
dt1 = Open("$SAMPLE_DATA/Big Class.jmp");
// Make a second table (that happens to be identical)
dt2 = Eval(dt1 << getScript);
// Concatenate the second table to the first
dt1 << Concatenate(DataTable(dt2), AppendToFirstTable);
Close(dt2, NoSave);
// Delete duplicate rows
Wait(2);
dt1 << selectDuplicateRows;
dt1 << deleteRows;
