JMP reopens each time l click on a data table, Journal, or Scipt

Happy New year to all,

l still have a problem where l open JMP then click on a Script, Journal or Data Table and it opens another JMP session, l can have 10 sessions open at the one time, are there any fixes that anyone knows about??
