Is there a way to calculate No Observed Effect Level and Lowest Observed Effect Level in JMP?

I am trying to calculate an NOEL and LOEL in JMP but am having difficulty. I have a serial dilution of a concentration and germination/radical length data. Is there a script or way to calculate this in JMP?
