If you are working interactively then you don't need a script:

1. Select the column(s) you are interested in (in your case 'Batch')
2. Use Rows > Row Selection > Select Duplicate rows to select duplicate rows
3. Use Rows > Delete Rows to remove them.

If this is part of a larger script then you can use the intuitively named functions. Take a look at the scripting index for more info on each:
