JMP Window List - JSL to set Preferences (bug?)

Hi, I'm trying to disable the window list docking when a JMP window is maximized.  Nothing works in JSL using Set Preferences() (JMP 12.x or JMP 14.x)

1. Set Preferences(Show window list when windows are maximized( 0 )); - doesn't work
    This is what is shown in Get Preferences().
2. Set Preferences(Dock the Window List in maximized windows( 0 )); - doesn't work
    This is what is shown in the actual Preferences windows pane.  (as a checkbox)

So neither #1 or #2 above seems to control this.  And both are different string texts which seems odd to me.  Is this a bug perhaps?  Or do I need some other form of string text for the Set Preferences()?

I've run across this yet again - where I would like to set this Preference via JSL.  Can it be done?  It would seem odd that only certain JMP Preferences can be set via JSL...if so why even allow setting Preferences?  (should be all or nothing) DJ
