deux graphiques côte à côte

Bonjour, il y a quelques articles similaires mais je n'ai pas trouvé exactement ce que je cherche.

J'ai réalisé des tracés d'alpha-diversité de deux indices différents et je souhaite les présenter côte à côte (ce sont des échelles différentes)

utiliser deux axes Y, par exemple droite et gauche, prête à confusion.

Je veux donc créer deux graphiques distincts et les afficher simplement côte à côte.

voici la sortie du package phyloseq dans R.

 

J'ai également les données sous forme de tableau et je souhaite recréer les tracés dans JMP. Des idées?

Et si vous voulez simplement « pointer et cliquer », vous pouvez vous en rapprocher en configurant les graphiques comme vous le souhaitez « à la main », puis en utilisant « Fenêtre > Combiner les fenêtres... » :

Créez les graphiques de manière interactive dans le générateur de graphiques, puis enregistrez le script et créez une nouvelle fenêtre autour de celui-ci.
