deux graphiques côte à côte

Salut, il y a quelques articles similaires mais je n'ai pas trouvé exactement ce que je cherchais.

J'ai fait des graphiques de diversité alpha de deux indices différents et je veux les présenter côte à côte (ce sont des échelles différentes)

l'utilisation de deux axes Y, par exemple la droite et la gauche, prête à confusion.

Je veux donc créer deux graphiques séparés et les afficher côte à côte.

voici la sortie du paquet phyloseq dans R.

 

J'ai également les données sous forme de tableau et je souhaite recréer les graphiques dans JMP. Des idées?

Et si vous voulez juste `` pointer et cliquer '', vous pouvez vous rapprocher en configurant les graphiques comme vous le souhaitez `` à la main '', puis en utilisant `` Fenêtre> Combiner Windows ... '':
