我製作了兩個不同指數的阿爾法多樣性圖，並希望並排呈現它們（它們的比例不同）

使用兩個 Y 軸（例如左右）會令人困惑。

所以我想實際上製作兩個單獨的圖表並並排顯示它們。

這是 R 中 phyloseq 包的輸出。

 

我也將數據作為表格，並希望在 JMP 中重新創建繪圖。 有任何想法嗎？
